RedCloud is dedicated to providing and supporting growth not only for their clients but their employees as well. While there are numerous practice areas, each member of the team is always willing to collaborate to ensure the best solution for our clients. RedCloud offers many opportunities to develop as a consultant through their monthly Lunch & Learns, resource center, and expert written blog posts. Further, the company is committed to the community through partnerships with local businesses, scholarship opportunities for teens, and volunteering/fundraising efforts. RedCloud is a great company to work for!

Cons

A revamp of the mentorship program could offer great benefits to newer consultants.

Interesting projects to work on, supportive leadership. Great networking opportunities while working for clients in different locations. Fun company events.

Cons

It's easier to develop relationships with clients than with other consultants in the same firm, because we don't get to work together as much.

A small company feel working for big companies. They offer benefits and pay raises, and treat you like an asset to the company and build community. The discipline managers and HR teams are great to work with!
