      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers, great culture, and amazing leadership. I thought the leadership was decent when I first started working here, but the way that they handled the pandemic spoke volumes of their concern for our well-being. After that, I truly feel valued by this company. I’m planning to stay here long-term so long as everything continues to operate as-is.

      Cons

      There’s no room for promotion in this position. Not a problem if you don’t mind doing the same job for a long time, but it’s not for everyone.
