      Pros

      Pay was good. Benefits were decent. Matched 401K for up to 5%.

      Cons

      JMSmith sold QS1 to a private equity company. Since then the culture has gone. It became just a job. Not hiring replacements at least in the service center for those that leave.

      Pros

      Great coworkers depending on your team. Good benefits. 4 weeks of paid time off is incredible. I always felt like my team and manager were supporting me and driving me to do great work while still protecting my personal time and needs. I loved the people I worked with daily and felt like a valued part of the team.

      Cons

      Pay for me was below industry standard and difficult to live on. Some teams and members are heavily resistant to change and won’t openly share information, which can cause extended delays on projects. Internal communications and workflows are poorly defined and can cause critical issues for customers in the end.

      Pros

      Probably the most low-stress job I’ve ever had. I stay busy throughout the day, but I always feel like I have an adequate amount of time to do all of my work with some breaks in between. Management is good. They check in with us to make sure that we’re doing everything properly. Never felt any animosity forwards them because they treat me with respect. Pay is good, and I’ve been given my raises as they were promised to me.

      Cons

      RedSail Tech took a big hit due to COVID.
