      You’re given all the recourses you need to be successful. Whether or not you use that to your advantage is entirely up to you. If you take initiative, you’ll be way happier than the person who waits for things to happen to them.

      Cons

      There were a ton of projects and staying focused on them required a good amount of effort.

      Work is straightforward, coworkers have each other’s backs, managers and staff treat each other with courtesy, hard work is appreciated, plenty of room to grow your skillset.

      Cons

      I’m not one to complain on the internet like a coward. If I have any complaints, I’ll direct them to my supervisors.
