      Pros

      Completely different type of job experience than any before. I'd always worked in purchasing in a manufacturing environment. The folks in this work place were of a calmer disposition. The benefits at this job were the best I've ever had.

      Politics were different. Hard to know where you stood.

      None that I can think off. Ridiculous onboarding.

      Everything! No clear onboarding You use your own laptop Unprofessional coworkers and managers They don’t know what they want! Overall very bad experience. Don’t get blind by the recent reviews, probably they got paid for it.

      Invaluable learning experience

      Pros

      Started with minimal knowledge of the industry, and left with extensive knowledge of healthcare and tech. Also learned how to deal with customers and work with many unique situations. I felt supported by my managers, and I could always turn to my coworkers when I needed help.

      Cons

      Very little formal training, though clearly this didn’t hinder my ability to pick things up and provide customers with the support they needed. In short, I didn’t feel like I was thrown into the deep end without any life support.
