Pros

- Excellent healthcare and overall benefits package. - Tech tools for agents. - Support staff try to be helpful with administrative tasks.

Cons

- Management applies a "one-size-fits-all" strategy that doesn’t align with the complexities of the NYC real estate market. - Managers lack local experience and understanding of NYC's unique real estate landscape. - Compensation structure (low base salary + inconsistent bonuses) is inadequate for the cost of living in NYC. - Constantly on a hamster wheel, with no real opportunity for personal or financial growth. - NYC/Long Island management operates from a West Coast playbook, failing to address regional differences. - You’ll be on call 24/7, with low pay, zero support, and little acknowledgment of your efforts.
