The compensation seems fair at first but with the layoffs they keep having you get slammed with more and more work and they don't do raises apparently. It's not if you get burnt out it's when. It's a sink or swim atmosphere. The workload expectations are nuts. They say you get vacation time, but it's an iffy situation that leaves agents missing out on closing bonuses.
