Pros

There are some great people at this company and it's a joy to collaborate with them on a daily basis. The product (while very niche) has a place in the market to deliver value to clients.

Cons

Executive leadership is practically non-existent in the US market. Product teams are extremely slow to innovate and are being surpassed by competitors Marketing has no idea how to deliver top-of-funnel leads and there's a good reason why nobody is familiar with Redgate.

Good benefits, the usual healthcare, snacks in the office etc.

Cons

A tad homogeneous, not enough appreciation of the softer skills and that at the end of the day we're in the people business.
