      Pros

      - The amazing collaboration culture among the teams - The product itself - The flexible work model ( Work life balance ) - The benefits This was my first role after graduating, and I can't stop being appreciative of how amazing Redgate was. During my time, I have learned so much. Redgate really cares about their employees, and the opportunities for growth are limitless. I don't think there will ever be a company that can beat it.

      Pros

      Great culture. As an organisation, Redgate champions a learning mindset - always leaving time in your week to "level up" and grow. This is something that is very important to me. Everyone is extremely respectful and understanding, as well and open, friendly and ready to tell a joke. They invest extremely well in their people, tech stack and working environment. Everyone, at all levels in the organisation are very approachable and accessible. I have not experienced any micromanagement - everyone is expected to hold themselves accountable and free to work how it suits them best.

      Cons

      My personal preference is to be more open about salaries and commission structure but I also completely understand why peers/the company keep this confidential.
