      Pros

      I have been here almost 6 months now. I'm so glad I joined! Great colleagues, skilled and knowledgeable, and going out of their way to help others do their jobs. Interesting problems to work on. Very high standard of engineering. A real culture of learning, with 10% time to spend on personal development, and internal talks and conferences too. And a successful and growing business.

      Cons

      I'm struggling to think of anything. One thing is that many of our products are on-premise, so there may not be opportunities to work on cloud things. There's still plenty of new stuff to get your teeth into.

      Pros

      Redgate is a wonderful organisation to be a part of. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have felt at ease throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, I have really been made to feel at home. I feel very lucky to be a Redgater where I enjoy the pleasant working culture and positive atmosphere. The Cambridge office is a modern, high tech, beautiful space in which to work and socialise. I only wish I’d applied to work here years ago!

      Cons

      If I lived closer to Cambridge, I could spend more time in the office.

      Everyone at Redgate is incredibly kind and understanding. They also push eachother to do their best work.

      Lower level workers get forgotten about by higher management
