      Great benefits including company outings, stocked lunch room and weekly catered lunches.

      Cons

      Pay is low with limited upside until you become an account executive.

      Pros

      Committed to professional development. Good product that the customers like.

      Cons

      Seems to be a lot of turnover every quarter, quotas were hard to hit, and even then, the pay was below average for similar roles.

      - Great technology - Great people - Fair effort is put forth to promote good culture - Office environment was very enjoyable

      Cons

      The things that Redgate struggles with are well known and are fixable, but it seems that the company actively avoids fixing them. Attrition is known as one of the largest issues facing the company and leadership understands where it comes from - pay that is not competitive, poor sales leadership, and all of the pain with trying to manage US operations from the UK HQ. There are zero plans in place to address any of these concerns. Why poll your people quarterly only to do nothing with the results? Why present any of this data on a quarterly basis only to not act on any of the talking points?
