      Pros

      Redgate creates ingenuous simple Software and everyone behind the scene keeping the company aflame is amazing. I've only met and worked with nice, friendly and inspiring people all pulling their own weight to achieve greatness. Personal growth, Home Office, Salary, Beneftis, you name it,

      Cons

      Because we have 7 office sites worldwide, it's hard to meet up with characters you've grown acquainted to during company meet ups, trips/events. But visits to Headquarters are paced throughout the year, so it's not too bad ;)

      Work life balance is one of the best I have ever experienced, you find yourself wanting to do more. Management gets a view of your contribution are ready to help you be your best self.

      I am quite satisfied so far, so no cons for me.

      Strong autonomy and team focus. Generous benefits/allowances. Amazing management and leadership team. Focus on whole self/work life balance. Stock options

      Cons

      Some small growing pains as we focus on enterprise growth. But still less than I have seen at other organisations.
