      Pros

      The culture of the company is fantastic; they really care about their staff and the job comes with some many excellent benefits. Training is excellent and you aren't just thrown into a role without knowing what you're doing. Time is taken to ensure you know what you're doing and you're comfortable. Finally, the company offer flexible working, which is particularly useful.

      Good, but could be so much better

      Pros

      - Good benefits (canteen, social events, Christmas party etc...) - Great office and working environment - Lots of very smart people - A great culture - everyone is very friendly and helpful - Employees given lots of responsibilities and autonomy (sometimes too much)

      Cons

      - Limited career progression due to a very flat structure - Technology is often very old (e.g. old Windows desktop applications) - Teams are incredibly siloed, it's almost like 10 separate companies, rather than one - Domain is not the most exciting (database software) - Company strategy seems to be very short-term
