      Pros

      Redgate is a wonderful organisation to be a part of. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have felt at ease throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, I have really been made to feel at home. I feel very lucky to be a Redgater where I enjoy the pleasant working culture and positive atmosphere. The Cambridge office is a modern, high tech, beautiful space in which to work and socialise. I only wish I’d applied to work here years ago!

      If I lived closer to Cambridge, I could spend more time in the office.

      Pros

      Flexible working model is real and effective with clear expectation of 10-20% in the office and no pressure for more. Real focus on people in terms of health, support to do the job, and development. Even with flexible working there is a great new office and plenty of benefits to going in and spending time with others. Strong vision for the future and a growing business.

      Cons

      Nothing significant to note, a positive experience all round.
