      Great place to work. Good culture and lots of smart people.

      Cons

      They got a bit lost for a while, but I hear that they have much better plans now and are doing very well.

      Pros

      Great office environment, with true team collaboration. Redgate has start up type feel at the same time being a 19 year old company. Well designed software that fills a huge void. You don’t have to worry about not stacking up vs your competitors. Thinking outside the box is welcome as long as it makes sense and you can shows results. If you need to travel to a client to close the deal you can. My Manager allows me to run my book of business and isn’t over my shoulder 24/7. It’s a nice change of pace. 100% employee benefits paid, decent PTO, unlimited sick days etc. Great place to work for motivated sales people.

      Cons

      Not a huge fan of the open sales floor but I am getting used to it. Order than that truly none to speak of.

      Positive environment, challenging problems to solve, supportive management and colleagues, pairing, free food and coffee, learning budget, profit share scheme

      Cons

      Legacy software can be difficult to work with and not a lot of new technology adopted. Steps are being taken to modernize.
