      Pros

      Redgate place a heavy emphasis on being a great place to do great work. A lot of time and energy is put into the culture, environment, benefits etc. to make sure that's true, as far as possible. Its also full of lovely people - without both of these things, I don't think I would have stayed here so long!

      Cons

      Collaboration across divisional boundaries isn't very good, quite often leading to unnecessary duplication of work, or requests being made without enough advanced warning.

      The husband and wife duo running the office has killed the loose feel of the office, combined with a sense of back stabbing conversations and outright false accusations, leave me to advise you stay away until the husband and wife dynamic is no longer present.
