      A place to grow every day

      Pros

      Since beginning working with Redgate when they opened the Ausitn office in March 2017, I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing individuals. Though we started as a small office far from our HQ in the UK, the support we receive is extraordinary. We are given every oportunity to succeed in a sales capacity and the culuture of feedback lets us steadily grow. From the CEO right to the people that sit next to me, everyone has made these ten months working here

      Cons

      Working in a new office far from our HQ has had challenges. Informaiton flow can be a bit slow at times.

      Pros

      The company truly takes care of it's people. While I was there I witnessed several times that they practiced the "do what's right for the users" even if it cost them more money than easier choices. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful.

      Cons

      They are extremely transparent on what's going on internally. Sometimes this can lead to it feeling a little vague or uncertain when big decisions are being made, but for the most part you will get a chance to put in your thoughts on the matter if you want and not only be heard, but your ideas considered as well.
