      Pros

      Redgate takes SUCH good care of its employees - good benefits, paid time off, a fun, relaxed work environment, and caring managers/leadership.

      Cons

      Honestly, the main negative was that I've had to leave Redgate since then, and I will miss them a ton! Another thing, which they are working to improve, is the continued growth opportunity available there.

      Pros

      Redgate provides a wonderful list of benefits in a comfortable, family-like atmosphere. Truly a wonderful company to be employed at, especially straight out of university.

      Cons

      The only issue i experienced with Redgate is possibly based on my own personal preference, they lack professionalism and sometimes the 'fun and games' may become a bit overbearing. but again, my personal preference is a more professional work setting, at times.
