      Pros

      Great benefits, friendly co-workers who are clearly motivated by what they do. There is a strong emphasis on personal development and employees are clearly put first.

      Cons

      Company is stable but not growing quickly, which means opportunities may be limited. Overly relies on extending Microsoft's products, which can be limiting for both the company and the individual.

      The culture is great and the people are all very friendly. Also the lunches are delicious.

      Cons

      It isn't a high-growth company, so opportunities can be limited, but they do try to accommodate you if there's something you want to learn.

      Pros

      Very relaxed atmosphere (casual wear encouraged!), full of lovely and talented people, focus on employee development and training, monthly feedback sessions and excellent benefits package including free breakfast and lunch.

      Cons

      I struggle to find any! Probably not for you if you don't like working in an office or staring at screens but that's unavoidable really.
