      Fantastic place to work for but sadly not the best domain of work.

      Pros

      You don't feel any pressure during work, and there are no deadlines. Great work culture and nice people. Remote working until the end of 2021 and flexible-hybrid which is almost remote working. Monthly allowance to spend on whatever you like. Good balance between work and life.

      Cons

      The domain of the work is not interesting, and although the services are 24/7 up and running, they are not highly used like social networks or big sales companies.

      Pros

      Redgate are unlike anywhere I have ever worked before. They care just as much about making amazing products as they do their staff. Perks are amazing, overtime is all but banned, there are constant checkups to make sure you have everything you need. Career progression is very important to them. They have pivoted to being a remote first company amazingly. They really believe in agile - and actually carry it out in a truly agile way.

      Honestly there are no cons.
