Pros

Redgate is a wonderful organisation to be a part of. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have felt at ease throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, I have really been made to feel at home. I feel very lucky to be a Redgater where I enjoy the pleasant working culture and positive atmosphere. The Cambridge office is a modern, high tech, beautiful space in which to work and socialise. I only wish I’d applied to work here years ago!

Cons

If I lived closer to Cambridge, I could spend more time in the office.

Pros

People always spoke of Red Gate culture, and it's true - a fantastic place to work.

Cons

Quite a bit of legacy code still around, but everyone is trying there hardest to get rid of it!

Pros

The culture at Redgate is pretty hard to beat, people are super friendly and I've felt very little pressure/stress from the work. I haven't come across a single person I've struggled to instantly like. There is a big focus on experimenting/exploring new and better ways to do things, and as a result a lot of the tech that's used is fairly modern and relevant.

Cons

Within the first 6 months of being here I genuinely can't think of any cons at the moment. The organization is undergoing some fairly significant changes because of it's rapid growth but that's just normal really.
