Best learning environment for new joinees ,get to work with different brands and senior management and learn various marketing techniques .Ground work is there initially and the senior staff is supportive.

Cons

People from different locations get posted to other locations which are not been told at the time of interview and also they ask us to sign a bond for management trainees for Rs 2.5 L which binds us for 2 years in this company.
