The working atmosphere is positive and encourages continuous learning. I have the opportunity to learn new things while also having the autonomy to make decisions that help improve the business, which has significantly boosted my confidence. My manager is very supportive and provides valuable guidance and inputs throughout my learning journey, making it easier to grow and contribute effectively.

Cons

At this point, I don't have any significant concerns or drawbacks to highlight. Overall, my experience has been positive, and there is nothing major that I would consider a con.

: They are an authorized distributor for tier-one global tech giants, including Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM, and Apple. Partnering with them gives you access to a complete portfolio ranging from basic hardware to enterprise software

Cons

Working at Redington SL can be frustrating due to a highly political environment where managers often rely on manipulative tactics to meet high-pressure sales targets. For technical staff, performance evaluations feel unfair because they are based almost entirely on commercial and sales numbers rather than actual IT skills or expertise. Finally, poor communication and a lack of proper, structured meetings create a chaotic, "sink-or-swim" culture where employees receive very little guidance or mentorship.
