Collegues are helpfull. Job security. Less pressure of target. 90:10 ratio of Salary (fix:variable). Brand name. Annual Foreign trips .

Cons

Average salary package. Less increment. Less work pressure hence less learning opportunities.

I have moved to redington only by seeing the brand image of the the company not even look into the salary part or any other factors. That was a quick decision from my part. I have regret taking this job by leaving a good job in my hand. The only pros- job security there and the hr management is good. If you get a good profile & know how to play well, then it's the right place for you. My learning is not to go for a job only by seeing the brand name only. I remember it as a bad decision from my part.

Cons

Very bad infrastructure, though they are telling that they are a very good MNC. It loses all my hope & I got irritated of this. Even their toilet is worse than the railway's. I am happy moving from there. Salary part is low and their incentives are not regular. Salary of old employees who are working there for more than 8 years also not good.If you don't know how to play wise, you will definitely face torture & harassment.
