Varying schedule, high traffic area

Not listening to employees leading to a toxic work environment. They work you to your absolute limit if you are a full time employee Not caring about your mental and physical well being. I personally was worked 40 days straight before taking a scheduling myself a week off to apply to new jobs just have a break. I did quite enjoy being told that I would get the employee who actively wanted to move back to said department and nothing ever happening up until 3 days before my 2 weeks notice was turned in to find out in fact they screwed the employee that wanted to move and hired outside help. I can speak for the employee that was turned over is the store I worked at the Cash Office manager or "Front End" manager as they refer to it as "Front End" manager is narcissistic manipulative and controlling, I am shocked she still works there. The same person who the store is worked at has employed in this position has sexually harassed myself and other male employees, as well as show favoritism towards employees she likes. I was also not paid out my vacation time of which I was owed 2 week as well as I have yet to be paid out my stock holdings I had when I was employed at the company.
