      Redwire is growing in a way that is very unique, by routinely acquiring Aerospace start ups at least once a year.

      Cons

      Due to this unique growth strategy it is finding its own path through the logistics, which can be challenging to its workers. Getting all the sites on a ubiquitous system is a huge challenge while continuing to run the company.
