Terrible HR and upper management

Pros

Initial startup company, Made In Space, had a fun, hardworking and passionate group of people.

Cons

After acquisition, employees are treated like disposable drones by HR, which employed shady practices to avoid giving out bonuses and raises. Lots of great employees have left in the past year. Bad executive leadership is ruining this company. See also; boys club, nepotism.

Pros

Coworkers are nice and lab techs were great.

Cons

I found management and HR to be extremely disorganized and unresponsive. After repeated attempts to clear up discrepancies between the job accepted vs the job expected I was brushed off or got inconsistent explanations, depending on who I spoke with. I left right away and accepted one of my other job offers while it was still on the table. Low employee morale

Pros

Cool technology. Good people. The deployable side of the company will thrive.

Cons

Poorly managed. Poorly financed. Too political
