Pros

The Belgian subsidiary of Redwire grew organically over the last 40 years, and did not grow to the same large size as other space companies founded at the same time (like GMV in Spain). Hence, at its core, the Belgian Redwire subsidiary is less built for growth, but for stable, reliable, healthy operation. The work-life balance is very good traditionally, as it is usual in Belgium.

Cons

The lack of structure geared for growth is causing trouble at times when the space industry started to grow explosively. The company has lots of opportunities, and the outcome will depend on being able to grow steadily, or bursting as a bubble due to not being able to manage change well.
