Thank you for providing feedback and advice. We are sorry you are not enjoying your experience at Redwood. We consider an inclusive environment to be a positive part of our culture and often focus our efforts on employee engagement. In 2019, we have undergone a significant investment in 90 day and ongoing stay interviews, along with opportunities for employees to anonymous provide feedback about their experience at Redwood. If you prefer to talk to someone in person, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at aalaimo@redwoodlogistics.com.

Fun place to work, Low pay

Pros

I had a great time working at Redwood, the parties are fun and it's a work hard, play hard kind of shop. The coworkers are very friendly

Cons

To be successful at Redwood Logistics, you must either be a very attractive female; or you must be a brown noser. I worked there for 3 years, I have seen many employees get fired unexpectedly, even the week before Christmas

Great ambitions

Pros

The environment and atmosphere is very contagious in the best way possible. You can tell this company has great ambitions and a very visible plan to achieve it. I have found it rare for a company to be so transparent with their employees.

Cons

While this may not inherently seem negative, the company is growing too fast. There are not enough experienced employees to properly manage the amount of workload that is given. In addition, with the high turnover rate it becomes difficult to manage work as well as continually train new people.
