Redwood did the typical revoke remote work policy when it no longer benefited them from the pandemic and forced a return to office mandate.

Overall good people, decent pay and lots of opportunities to move upwards.

Cons

Upper management is incompetent within IT. Complaints going to HR go unacted upon after employees leaving left and right. Ball constantly getting dropped and it becoming your #1 priority.
