Pros

Good Margin Opportunities in a fast paced environment. Great place to learn the full range of a sales driven business for someone new to sales.

Cons

No sustainable growth beyond the Senior Sales Rep role with fair pay. Commission is driven from very high volume of sales over 10+ hrs per day. Many Shipments have issues that are not timely solved leaving the sales rep to be under unhealthy pressure from un-professional carriers. Minimum holiday's off and calls all through the night.
