Good for college kids with no book of business.

They create an enviroment lucrative to you young people transitioning from college life with Red Bulls, loud prafane laden music, yoga nights, etc.

Cons

If you are a seasoned professional with a book of business and command a higher salary, think carefully about the worst case scenario. It will likely happen leaving you with nothing in hand and no longer legally able to work with your book of business.
