none, unless you enjoy speakers blaring the same 4 red hot chili peppers songs and techno.They pretend to be very hip so if you are new to the industry it may look fun to work. Also, if you like yelling irrationally then you might like it at Redwood

Cons

When i worked at redwood a someone i was friends with in HR with maker a remark about writing Glassdoor reviews and thought nothing of it, assuming it was a joke or she misspoke. After looking through their page that was clerarly not the case. They bury negative comments about this hellhole. After quitting because i couldn't pretend any longer i can stand the loud morons who are in mgmt and the fact that they have terrible hiring practices, they hire large "classes" of sales reps with little experience only to fire them 3 months later, i am a much happier person. QUIT IF YOU WORK THERE AND CANCEL YOUR INTERVIEW IF YOU HAVENT MADE THE MISTAKE YET. if you have experience their prices make it almost impossible to make a profit, this place is a black hole.

Beer on Friday afternoons....siiiick. I guess there's some solid eye candy floating around. Music is cool but then you realize it's always the same stuff playing and it gets old fast

Cons

If you like waiting in line to poo and a room full of adults acting like children this is the job for you!

Fun place and I like the atmosphere, it is also a great place to make friends. Also a great place to start out of college

Cons

Can be stressful but I like to be there everyday, but it can be tiring by the end of the week
