      upper management treats everyone fairly and is fun to work with. employees and work environment make it a fun place to work

      Cons

      no cons, if you do not like a fast paced work environment then that would be the only cons

      Pros

      Hours were flexible because I was part time and work wasn't relatively hard, just a lot of work which is good, kept you busy. Great atmosphere and amazing co-workers to be around. Never a dull day.

      Cons

      Work could get a bit tedious and repetitive at times and wasn't paid too much but again i was a par timer.

      Pros

      Young and high energy company. Definitely a great place to start right after college to get your feet on the ground.

      Cons

      Long hours and a lot of hard work to build a customer base. Once you get rolling, it's hard to keep your customers while dealing with situations that are out of your control.
