Pros
The culture here derives from the Founder's previous experience at Google. Comfort. We all spend most of our weekdays with one another so we should enjoy where we work and who we work with. Our building is surrounded by water and fountains with entertainment areas along with a huge balcony large enough to have a party on. We also have a gym which is open 24/7.
We are still a small company and one of the benefits to that is that we all know one another well. As a result, it's easy to know what strengths each individual specializes in. Each person works hard and is still able to obtain a positive attitude. Our schedules are flexible which makes commuting easy to deal with. No one wants to sit in traffic.
To name a few of the perks Reflektion provides, we have lunch and dinner catered everyday, a fully stocked kitchen, a ping pong table in our break room, amazing benefits and let's not forget about the massage therapist that comes in once a month. We have our team meeting every Friday to educate each employee on the progress of the company and keep everyone in the loop on current events. Friday meetings are followed up with Happy Hour.
Our product not only is super competitive but is so amazing we are hiring like mad to keep up with the needs of our customers. Our customers love us. We are showing results and having fun doing it. We achieve this by building strong working relationships in and out of the company. I consider myself very fortunate to be a part of this team and look forward to working here for years to come.

I honestly cannot think of any cons that have a significant impact on my satisfaction working with the company.
