- My team encourages ideas and supports change, so it's easy to get things done - Dedicated HR team that prioritizes employee happiness, connection, and growth - Regular check-in's and performance conversations with your manager using the Reflektive tool - Flexible OOO time and great benefits

Cons

- It's hard to foresee the potential opportunity that will be available at the company simply because of the state of the world. There's a lot riding on getting through this pandemic while still driving results.
