The company is showing healthy, fast-paced growth across a profusion of industries. Product team is extremely competent, working around the clock to build out features that are not only innovative, but exceed customer expectations. Sales team is growing at a steady rate, with more formal alignment being established to enable success of biz dev team as well as account executives. Quotas are high, but don't seem unreasonable to attain.
Cons
Company culture is still being defined, but this could almost be seen as a positive for some people who would be interested in helping to grow and scale culture at a high-growth startup. There are fewer company perks, especially when compared to a lot of other startups in the Valley; however, this shows that leadership is very much focused on reinvesting in the product to ensure it's future success.
