      - Remote environment - Given a laptop

      - Very little job security — people are let go constantly suddenly without clear reasons or feedback. - The culture can feel cliquey, with certain groups getting preferential treatment. - Gossip and lack of professionalism are common, which creates tension and distrust. - Many managers show little genuine care for employees’ well-being or growth. - Leadership tends to prioritize appearances and control over transparency and communication. - No real HR support, HR feels more like a shield for leadership than a resource for employees. - Lack of transparency!!! decisions are made behind closed doors with no context, leaving employees confused and anxious

      Pros

      - Culture optimized for integrity, performance, teamwork, and growth. - Clear signals of what success looks like: work hard, communicate clearly, own outcomes, no drama, use feedback to improve. - Cross-functional collaboration is real. People who show up prepared and solution-oriented get access and trust quickly. - Brand transforming: moving from superficial signals to genuine relationships and quality. That shift shows up in product priorities, compliance reviews, and how we interact with customers. - Managers and employees are becoming more accountable. It’s not perfect, but it’s improving quarter by quarter.

      Cons

      - Pace and feedback can feel intense. If direct, data-based feedback reads as “harsh” to you, this may feel “toxic.” The bar is high and priorities can change quickly. - Change management still needs work: processes evolve fast; not everything is fully documented. You have to be self-directed. - Not for politics or theatrics. Low-drama, outcome-first people thrive; others won’t love it.

      Remote work with nice hardware.

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic culture. Executive leadership has no accountability, doesn’t take feedback and can’t be trusted. People are miserable in their jobs, are demoralized on a regular basis, and the CEO turns a blind eye to it all. You are time tracked with weekly reports. Terrible PTO that doesn’t recognize years worked.
