Pros

This company truly cares about its customers and employees. I have worked in the home improvement/sales space for almost 4 years now and finally feel I have found a place I can call home. My first month here I've been shocked that every expectation set in the interview became a reality, which I've learned isn't always the case with some sales jobs. The leadership team truly cares about each individual here and it shows in the company's success.

Pros

REFLOOR is a fast paced company with a lot of opportunity if you are willing to work hard. The training helped me learn the flooring industry quickly and the managers were supportive when I had questions. The team environment is positive and people celebrate wins together.

Cons

The schedule can be busy during peak seasons, but it also means more opportunities to earn.
