Company invests in you to be successful. Multiple training opportunities, and everyone is always willing to help out. Management (Anthony) is encouraging and a very positive environment overall

Like any other self employed sales position, you’re at the risk of not always meeting your financial goals

Pros

Great company to work for. I’ve held sales rep. And management positions and by far Refloor has been the best company. Refloor gives you all of the tools to be successful. With a lifetime guarantee it makes it so mush easier to protect my customers. I love this company’s transparency.

Cons

There’s not much to say other than you put some miles on your vehicle.
