Training and onboarding is very supportive from all fronts. Company provides you with all the tech you need to do the role with tech team onsite. Collaborative/communitive mindset across departments.

Cons

Have to work 1-2 Saturdays per month during busy season. But still within a 5 day work week, not additional. Compensation as entry level could be higher but company continues to grow with potential for advancement.
