I just hit my 5 month anniversary with Refloor and I am so excited! They are very supportive and compensate well. Growing so much and there are so many opportunities I can not wait to see where it goes.

This business runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone plays their part and is acknowledged for doing so. Employees are appreciated here!!! The company is caring, fun, and continuing to grow. I love being part of this team!

They bring products out to you when you need them on the job

Cons

ONLY listen to the customer, even if it is their fault and will not add extra time on for doing difficult jobs. Cater to those teams who have more people. Terrible for those who work alone even if they are excellent at what they do.
