Decent pay , decent work culture , few wholesome humble people, what you learn is very valuable in terms of skill set.

Cons

Toxic environment, Departments have their own clique, management has no idea what they are doing , High turnover rate , no standardized processes , job security is non existent. Unacceptable malicious office gossip, it’s all about who you know. It’s best to do your job to the best of your ability and go home. Not projected as a healthy work environment
