Company challenges you a lot and work can be demanding, however, lots of room take to take ownership and think big. An entrepreneurial environment that allows for growth and personal development.

Cons

At times not enough resources making the job extra challenging. Career path not always clear.

Literally zero. This location has horrible management and leadership - they do not care about their workers at all. working crazy shifts and 12 days in a row , machines are falling apart , maintenance is awful , no one knows how to fix anything and communication is even worse. Would never recommend this place to anyone . HR and all the upper management need to be all replaced - especially head of HR
