Work life balance is there.Modern office , empowered employees that are truly results oriented.

Cons

No longer a growing company. Politically driven. Too decentralized for Group to exert influence, except in procurement. No hybrid working. Old systems. Manufacturing culture means tough love.

Expected to do more than your job title. Expected to do overtime with no pre warning. No support or growth (Training) Decisions are made by management who have no experience on the line.
