Pros

Managers were generally pretty good. Did their jobs and helped out if things got hectic.

Cons

Corporate was just a revolving door of upper managers making changes for the sake of making changes, and usually made worse procedures. Cheaped out on night security from local police to a private firm, cheaped out on the night cleaning crew used for years to one that didn't even finish the job let alone do it well, got rid of the stanchions used for crowd management so you'd have to chase down guests to check tickets.

Pros

Pay is decent and free tickets are nice.

Cons

Door shifts can mean hours and hours of standing around doing nothing when the place isn't busy. Used to be able to use phones when it's dead but that policy changed. Popcorn machine cleaning can cause burns if you aren't careful.
