Pros

You will meet some cool people. Easy to request days off ahead of time.

Cons

Pay is horrible despite selling food. The company does not care about the workers at all. Don't adhere to the minimum amount of hours/availability you ask for and schedule you outside of your availability then expect you to show up anyway. Some managers will actually be nice and understanding but some take off their anger at you because higher-ups yell at them. They don't care if their ac does not work or if they have mold in their water pipes.
