Pros

Free movies, but only like nine tickets a month and can only get them day of. Easiest job I've ever worked.

Cons

Bad, lazy, smug management and some of the worst micro-managing I have experienced. Managers watch you on the cameras for no reason other than to watch you. Managers played favoritism and gossiped about floor staff. General manager was intimidating and very passive aggressive when speaking to floor staff, which all felt on purpose. One manager casually told me I was on their crap list for a very minor, no big deal, mistake I made. Horrible work/life balance. Was working 30+ hours a week for part time which felt like a lot. Overall, management is pathetic and this company takes themselves way too seriously for being a sub-par movie theater that seems to always have a technical issues. Glad I got out.
