Pros

Great first job especially for a high school or college student. Flexible scheduling for those in school or those who work multiple jobs. Fun environment with fun co-workers and managers. Free movies, (sometimes) popcorn and drinks, and half off all food items!

Cons

No promoting unless you have a degree and want to be a manager. No medical benefits. Minimum wage for medium to hard, fast-paced, work.

Pros

There were always hours to work, tight on money then it was never a task a get more hours from another employee,

Cons

Being over worked, and having to stand in the same position all day when tearing tickets.

Pros

Free movies, flexible schedule, time off as long as it isn't around the holidays.

Cons

You have to work holidays because it's the busiest time for movies. The pay is minimum wage and that certainly isn't enough through college. Managers don't make much either and most of the managers were only part time. There was a lack of continuity in management.
