Pros

Free movies are definitely a big incentive. It was a great high school job to still be active in sports and have hours only on the weekend. I worked with a lot of other young people which was often fun.

Cons

With the cuts in payroll, you can't be expected to finish all the tasks given to you. Your job is all for the checkers report. By the time I left, it was unrealistic to cover all the positions by myself.
